Today we’d like to introduce you to Sacha Walton.
Hi Sacha, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started my business journey over 25 years ago in even production and business development. While helping others develop their businesses, my passion was in event production. I am, what I like to call, a “strategic creative”; a perfect blend of analytical strategic and creative person. I produced many events nationally, internationally, and here in the Hampton Roads area like the first SonRise Music Festival (2014) in Virginia Beach, co-produced Africana Fest Bar & Art Crawl (2019) and TEDx Mellan Street, Hampton (2023) and more. I am a prime contractor in event services and have held contracts for local, state, and federal. My love for seeing others succeed in business led me to work more closer with entrepreneurs in strategic development which led to successful scaling of their businesses. In 2020, pandemic impacted my business like with many others, and I pivoted in a different direction allowing me to relaunch my business with a personal brand. In 2021, I became the face of my business, SWI Management Group, leveraging a personal brand to grow my business after Covid-19. Unknown to me, that this step forward in a new territory of visibility and thought leadership would lead into a world I have come to love. As a business strategist, I have spoken internationally, been featured in major media outlets like Forbes, American Business Online, podcast and much more. When I relaunched my business, my goal was set in helping entrepreneurs establish sustainable businesses. I have mentored and coached many entrepreneurs. I most excited about my business growth, creating ecosystems, and becoming an AI app developer. Yes, this strategic creative embraces AI from developing custom GPTs to full AI agentic operating systems. I am passionate about helping women entrepreneurs do the same. I have evolved within my business as a multidimensional entrepreneur, strategist and ecosystem builder who helps women founders scale with clarity, confidence, and control. In addition to being the CEO of SWI Management Group; I am the visionary behind Biz Her Way, Tech Her Way, MoolaFox an AI powered CFO for entrepreneurs, GovConIQ Pro an AI app for government contractors, Business 365 Devotional App for Women Entrepreneurs, and Petty Bets, an AI social entertainment app.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I start by saying, “Entrepreneurship is not for the faint”. I have had smooth roads and rocky ones that sometimes have me thinking, “what am I doing.” My biggest struggle was with the pandemic. Prior to the pandemic, I was a full-time entrepreneur scaling my business and then something happened that no one could have been prepared for. Because of the pandemic, I struggled with functional depression for the first time in my life. I found myself at a crossroads. Knowing the amazing things I had accomplished in business and dealing with what I felt like was failure. I didn’t want to re-enter the “business world”, but I also couldn’t sit by feeling sorry for myself. I relaunched the business and here I am. Challenges are always around in entrepreneurship, with every level of growth are different set of challenges and struggles. My faith kept me in every way. I grateful to God that the purpose He has for me is always greater than my fear, challenges, and struggles.
As you know, we’re big fans of SWI Management Group. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
SWI Management Group is a strategy led ecosystem designed to help entrepreneurs especially women founders build businesses that are sustainable, scalable, and future-ready. Especially with the AI evolution.
I specialize in strategic business development, ecosystem design, and AI-powered growth systems. I’m known for helping founders move beyond ideas and inspiration into execution whether that’s launching platforms, building intellectual property, structuring offers, or integrating AI as a true business asset rather than a buzzword.
What sets my work apart is my ability to operate at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology. I don’t just advise I build. I create frameworks, platforms, and AI-powered tools that support real business operations. From AI CFO tools like MoolaFox, to GovConIQ Pro for government contractors, to Tech Her Way HQ and our app building bootcamp, which equips women to become builders of technology, not just consumers everything I develop is rooted in practical application and long-term value. And Business 365 Devotional App for Women Entrepreneurs, because entrepreneurship is Mind, Body, and Business – mental health and a healthy mindset is key to a strong business.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of creating interconnected ecosystems rather than isolated offerings. Each brand under my leadership serves a distinct purpose yet works together to support entrepreneurs at different stages of growth financially, strategically, and personally. Like with The Biz Her Way Media and Event platform and Amazon best seller anthology, Biz Her Way: A Collaborative Playbook for Women Entrepreneurs. That level of intentional design is rare, and it reflects my commitment to helping founders build businesses that actually support their lives.
What I want readers to know is this: my work is about ownership, clarity, and control. Whether through coaching, consulting, digital and live platforms, or AI-driven solutions, my mission is to help entrepreneurs particularly women, step into leadership with confidence, leverage technology intelligently, and build businesses that are both profitable and purposeful.
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
My advice is always plan ahead, be strategic, know your audience and what you are not only good at, but what are you passionate about. Understand people buying behavior, sales, and have a funding source. Be the problem solver. Always reach out for help and find your tribe. Entrepreneurship can be a lonely and tasking place. Having trustworthy and like mind business owners in your circle who have “been there, done that” and you can connect with them on that level. Business is not a cookie cutter experience. The foundation of every industry is business, but your business experience is your experience. Remember you are the CEO and leader. Most importantly, we are not perfect and you may get it wrong, go at thing backwards, want to give up, fail, and pivot. Just know it’s ok. Get up and keep growing.
