Mental and health and women’s wellness are close to my heart. Having my own personal journey to menopause, I curated a massage therapy shop catering to women.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been a rough road, I am still on that road. Financial sustainability, targeting our market and establishing our brand are challenging.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am mental health PA by profession. Mental health and physical health are connected and are equally important. We need to care for both. Women are vessels, and we give perpetually.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Peace of mind, faith in God, & exploring new places.
