Hi Kochi, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My best friend Julius and I were known for hosting epic barbecues for hangry people. All our friends would come enjoy themselves as we cooked all day and fed them well. Making people happy and having memorable experience is what we love to do so we decided to share that passion with the world. Everyone deserves to be well cared for and well fed and NOBODY deserves to be Hangry. We offer gourmet burgers, specialty sides, and hand-crafted cocktails.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road. This is our first business venture, so we are learning as we go. Learning marketing and how best to use social media were just a couple of the many challenges we faced.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We are known for made to order, fresh food and cocktails. We created our menu to serve many different needs. For example, everything on Hangry Burger’s menu, aside from the regular buns, is gluten free. We are so proud that we have become a haven for people with gluten sensitivities. Also, all beef, chicken, and lamb are Halal so that we may serve our Muslim friends. Additionally, Hangry Burger’s menu includes offerings to satisfy vegetarians and vegans.
What does success mean to you?
For us, success is happy, returning customers.
