What started as a passion for helping women feel confident through beauty has grown into Bella Li Studio. A luxury beauty destination rooted in artistry, personalization, and healthy hair care.
Founded by Emily Giovinazzo, Bella Li Studio was built with the belief that beauty services should feel intentional, elevated, and deeply customized to each client. From the very beginning, Emily focused on creating more than just a salon experience. She wanted to build a space where clients could feel seen, empowered, and cared for while never compromising the integrity of their natural hair.
Over the years, Bella Li Studio has evolved into a collaborative team of specialists offering luxury extensions, color, lashes, and beauty services tailored to each individual client’s lifestyle and goals. Our consultation-first approach has become one of the defining parts of our brand because we truly believe customization is essential to achieving beautiful, healthy, long-lasting results.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like many growing businesses, the journey has definitely not been a perfectly smooth road but every challenge has helped shape who we are today.
One of the biggest challenges in the beauty industry is balancing growth while maintaining quality and consistency. As Bella Li Studio grew, it became incredibly important to us that every client still received the same level of personalized attention and care that the studio was originally built on. We never wanted growth to come at the expense of the client experience or the health of our clients’ hair.
Another challenge has been navigating an industry that is constantly evolving. Trends, techniques, education, social media, and client expectations are always changing, which means we’ve had to continuously adapt, invest in education, and stay innovative while still remaining true to our philosophy and standards.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
I think the beauty industry, especially the luxury salon space is moving toward a much more personalized, wellness-focused, and experience-driven future.
Over the next 5–10 years, we believe clients will continue prioritizing healthy hair, long-term results, and customization over fast trends or one-size-fits-all services. People are becoming more educated about hair health, scalp care, ingredients, and extension safety, which aligns closely with Bella Li Studio’s philosophy that healthy hair should never be compromised.
We also see technology becoming a much bigger part of the client experience. AI-powered consultations, personalized product recommendations, digital beauty tools, and customized treatment planning are already beginning to shape the industry. At the same time, we think the human connection and trust between stylist and client will become even more valuable as technology grows.
