Today we’d like to introduce you to Lyv Rezin.

Lyv, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey started as a wife and mother looking for a healthier and stronger version of myself. What began as simply going to the gym to improve my confidence eventually grew into a passion for fitness, nutrition, and personal development. Over the years, I transformed not only my physique but also my mindset, learning discipline, resilience, and the importance of showing up for myself even during difficult seasons of life.

As my knowledge and experience grew, I became passionate about helping others achieve their own health and fitness goals. I pursued professional education through NASM and continued expanding my expertise in training, nutrition, and corrective exercise. Along the way, I also stepped into the world of natural bodybuilding, where I challenged myself to compete and push beyond limits I once thought were impossible.

Today, I am focused on building my fitness business, inspiring others through my journey, and showing people that no matter where you start, consistent effort and belief in yourself can create extraordinary results. My mission is to help others become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally while continuing to grow and evolve myself.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely has not been a smooth road. Like many people, I have faced challenges that tested me physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially. As a mother, balancing parenting, work, personal growth, and fitness goals has required a level of discipline and resilience that I never expected to develop.

There were times when self-doubt, setbacks, and difficult life circumstances set in but I never wanted to quit but bodybuilding. This life has saved me. Building confidence, healing from past experiences, and learning to trust myself again was just as challenging as any physical transformation.

Looking back, I am grateful for those struggles because they shaped who I am today. They taught me perseverance, patience, and the importance of continuing to move forward even when the path is unclear. Every obstacle became an opportunity to grow, and those experiences now help me connect with and inspire others who may be facing challenges of their own.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a fitness professional, and competitive natural bodybuilder dedicated to helping people transform their health, confidence, and quality of life through sustainable fitness and nutrition practices. My focus is not only on physical transformation but also on helping clients build the mindset, discipline, and habits necessary for long-term success.

I specialize in strength training, body composition improvement, weight loss, muscle building, and helping individuals create realistic fitness routines that fit their lifestyles. As someone who has personally experienced the challenges of balancing fitness, motherhood, work, and personal growth, I understand that every client’s journey is unique and requires an individualized approach.

What I am most proud of is the transformation I have created in my own life and the ability to use those experiences to help others. I started with no special advantages—just a desire to become a better version of myself. Through consistency, education, and perseverance, I earned professional certifications, stepped onto the bodybuilding stage, and began building a business centered around helping others achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.

What sets me apart is that I lead from experience. I don’t just teach fitness I live it every day. My clients know they are working with someone who understands the struggles, setbacks, and victories that come with pursuing meaningful change. I combine evidence-based training principles with genuine empathy and support, creating an environment where people feel empowered, capable, and motivated to succeed.

How do you think about happiness?
Working out and being in motion, achieving goals, knowing that I’m a good person as much as I can be to those around me. Constant evolution in all aspects of life. Being supported and being supportive of others.
