Hi Grace , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Radiant Health & Wellness was founded with a simple mission: to provide compassionate, accessible, and personalized healthcare for women across all stages of life. As a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, I saw a growing need for patient-centered care that allows women to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their healthcare decisions.
My journey began in nursing, where I gained extensive experience caring for women in a variety of healthcare settings. Over the years, I recognized that many patients were seeking more time with their providers, greater access to preventive care, and a holistic approach to wellness. This inspired me to pursue advanced practice training and ultimately launch Radiant Health & Wellness.
What started as a vision to improve access to quality women’s healthcare has grown into a practice focused on gynecologic care, menopause management, contraception, sexual health, wellness services and women’s primary care. By combining evidence-based medicine with a personalized approach, we strive to create a welcoming environment where every patient feels empowered to take charge of her health.
Today, Radiant Health & Wellness continues to grow while remaining committed to its core values of compassion, education, accessibility, and excellence. Our goal is not only to treat health concerns but also to partner with women on their lifelong journey toward optimal health and well-being
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting and growing Radiant Health & Wellness has been incredibly rewarding, but it has not always been a smooth road. Like many healthcare entrepreneurs, I faced the challenge of building a practice from the ground up while continuing to provide high-quality patient care.
One of the biggest hurdles was navigating the business side of healthcare—everything from legal and compliance requirements to credentialing, technology selection, marketing, and financial planning. As a clinician, I was well-trained to care for patients, but running a business required learning an entirely new skill set.
Another challenge was establishing trust and visibility in a competitive healthcare market. Building a patient base takes time, consistency, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care. There were moments of uncertainty, but each challenge became an opportunity to learn, adapt, and improve.
As a small practice owner, I also wear many hats. In addition to seeing patients, I manage operations, oversee compliance, coordinate technology systems, and make strategic decisions for the practice. Balancing these responsibilities has required discipline, perseverance, and a willingness to continuously learn.
Despite the challenges, every obstacle has reinforced why I started Radiant Health & Wellness in the first place—to create a practice where women receive personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based care. Seeing patients achieve better health outcomes and knowing that I am making a meaningful difference in their lives makes the journey worthwhile.

Radiant Health & Wellness is a women-centered healthcare practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, personalized, and evidence-based care for women throughout every stage of life. We offer a comprehensive range of women’s health and wellness services, including gynecologic care, preventive wellness exams, primary care for women, sexual health services, contraception counseling and management, and telehealth consultations throughout Virginia. Our services include in-office procedures such as IUD insertion and removal, Nexplanon insertion and removal, and colposcopy. We also provide specialized care for perimenopause, menopause, and hormone health, as well as personalized weight management programs designed to support long-term wellness.
What sets us apart is our commitment to building genuine relationships with our patients. We believe healthcare should be personal, accessible, and empowering. Our appointments are designed to give women the time, education, and support they need to make informed decisions about their health. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we tailor care plans to each patient’s unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.
