Hi Trevor, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I am a former college basketball player and recent graduate of Liberty University. I grew up seeing how hard work and dedication opens doors through sports, but most importantly I saw the relationships I was able to form because of it. I now have directed that same passion and energy into real estate and love the process of building relationships with others who are striving towards the same goals. I believe real estate is so unique because it is one of the few things where multiple people can be striving towards the same goal and all can walk away happy in a win-win scenario that benefits all parties involved. I love being able to incorporate my faith into helping people find freedom from the financial burden of owning a distressed property and needing it off of their hands. After we buy it from them, we are then able to renovate it into a finished product that makes another family happy when they are able to move in. All parties benefit in this process as neighborhoods are rebuilt for happy homeowners.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
As with anything worthwhile, there have been plenty of struggles along the way. There have been many lessons learned about the process of what we do in order to make it as smooth as possible for the seller, the end buyer, and us. At the end of the day, the most important thing to us is everyone walking away feeling like it was a win-win scenario.
