Today we’d like to introduce you to Ellen Sudderth.
Hi Ellen, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I stated out as a volunteer at our sons elementary school working with a parent involvement specialist Denise Favors to help families cop with the nuances of being an older women who had younger children and wanting to be able to have conversations with their peers we had a one week course a bound that left us all in tears and didn’t want to separate it was there that we learned that we all enjoyed reading there by forming a book club. Author Kimberla Lawson Roby Curtis series was the book’s that gave us the passion for reading . In hopes of hosting the authors whom we read about little did we know that I would start out with a debut opening with Omar Tyree New York Times Bestsellers , Mr . Tyree’s saying yes cause a moving forward from 2008 to this present day. I remain hosting not only mainstream authors but independent authors as well. My mission is to make sure whether independent or mainstream our readers will embrace both to bridge one sound one page at a time.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
There were challenges before social media I didn’t know where to start so I started out paving the way on feet and with flyers . Now today through social media the internet has helped with reach out to author much quicker along with word of mouth , knowing book clubs has helped as well I soon realized that book clubs are a great source in helping getting the authors books seen on other platforms.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about CEO of E.S.P.?
I am an author interviewer , book reviewer and I also organize and plan book signing event with mainstream and independent writers within our community. What sets me apart is I interview authors with conversations about their writing style their characters and why they wrote their story.
My brand is to host newly published authors wether they just received their but yesterday our less than a month I will give them a platform to share their voice even if they have their manuscript in hand.

A one hour show where we read the first 5 chapters of your story deep diving into your characters.
A 3 day show where we read your entire book discussion 10 chapter not to give story away.

Yes I have taking risk that has cost me money and tears , I’ve learned in this business you cannot plan according to your hearts desire you have to plan a budget and to stick to it . Make sure that your payments come before business moves forward.
