Hi Neda, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’m Neda, I’m forty-seven, and I’ve been in the lash industry since two thousand seventeen. I began by working in lash salons to learn the craft, and about four years ago I took the leap to launch my own business. Lash artistry truly feels like my passion; seeing the smile on a client’s face when I’m finished is incredibly fulfilling. I also teach as a master stylist, and sharing what I’ve learned—helping others grow—always makes me happy. After nearly a decade in this field, I can say that if you don’t give up, stay passionate, and do what genuinely makes you happy, you can achieve your goals. I love what I do, and recently decided to grow my business by adding more services, which makes me excited because I know I’ll be able to help even more people.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t always been easy. There have been ups and downs, and moments where the competition or the economy made things really hard. Sometimes clients had to stop coming because life was putting pressure on them, and those moments were challenging for me too. But I’ve never given up. I always come back to my goal and the reason I started: to help people feel confident and cared for. Even when it wasn’t easy, I looked for ways to support my clients, whether that meant flexibility or offering a complimentary service. That’s how I’ve kept moving forward.

The Glam Room is a beauty studio I founded to help clients feel confident, beautiful, and cared for. We’re known for lash extensions, and we’ve expanded to offer facial treatments and permanent makeup, so clients can enjoy a more complete beauty experience. What sets us apart is personalization—we really take time to understand each client and create results that fit them. I’m proud of the trust we’ve built; it’s never just about a service, it’s about how someone feels when they leave. As we grow, my focus stays the same: quality, care, and personalized results.
