Hi Cyffa, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
4 x charting Artist from Virginia Beach, Virginia graduated from Landstown high school later on signed to Alisha “M’Jestie” Brooks (Industry song-writer) as an A&R. After achieving the gold artist position started building his own social media presence online himself. After a few years of networking Opened up for artist like legendary female rapper Rah Riggah than opened for Megan the stallion. He’s also performed at legendary venues such as “Sounds of Brazil New York City” in manhattan & “the norva” in Norfolk Virginia. In 2021 his single “fineto” charted top 100 on iTunes hip-hop charts in America above MILLION’s of artist around the world and 100 celebrity artist on the charts. This had fat joe reposting the record, Spotify plaque for 100,000 + streams, 120,000 + plays on instagram, thisis50.com even blogged about it and more. Cyffa Leyenda recently released a single called “loyalty” 2023 in June and in February 2024 charted #42 top 100 hip-hop artist in America again.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I’ve dealt with homelessness, family cut me off, women cheating on me, meeting my real mom after 30 years etc.
