Hi Irina + Viktoriya , please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
After graduating from esthetics school as master estheticians, Irina and Viktoriya were presented with the opportunity to open a school of their own, an opportunity that grew from years of hands-on experience, passion, and shared desire to give the next generation of estheticians a strong foundation for success. Irina was already deeply established in the beauty industry, owning her own spa and a storefront specializing in professional beauty products. After working in production for withSimplicity, Viktoriya transitioned to working directly with clients, specializing in facials, lashes, eyebrows, and sugaring. As we perfected our craft and built our experience, we became passionate about sharing our knowledge and skills with aspiring estheticians.
Today our focus goes beyond simply preparing students to pass their state board exams, we are committed to providing the best esthetics education in the area through small classroom sizes, personalized instruction, and hands-on training. We prepare our students not only to become licensed estheticians, but also to become future employees, professionals who are knowledgeable, confident, client-focused, and ready to thrive in a real-world spa environment.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road. Getting approved by the state took longer than we initially expected, and while we were waiting for approval, two other schools opened in the area. That was certainly challenging, but it also reminded us why we started this journey in the first place. We stayed true to our core values and remained committed to providing the highest-quality education and experience for our students.
As you know, we’re big fans of WS School of Esthetics LLC. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We offer basic + master esthetic courses training in the heart of Downtown Harrisonburg at the withSimplicity Headquarters. Our highly skilled instructors provide the knowledge and experience needed to excel in the field of esthetics in a small class setting that allows for 1-on-1 instruction and clinics with real clients.
While the curriculum follows the state board requirements, students get an inside look on the clean beauty industry and learn about the power of natural ingredients and products.

What matters most to us is the relationships we build with each student and the impact we have on their education and future careers. We want our students to leave with more than just the knowledge they need to pass their state board exams. We also want to prepare them to be confident, responsible, and successful professionals in the real world.
We also believe in the importance of understanding what goes into the products we use. That’s why we teach our students about clean ingredients and why they matter, not only for their clients, but for themselves as professionals. Ultimately, we care about giving our students a strong education, practical skills, and a foundation they can carry with them throughout their careers.
