Today we’d like to introduce you to Dana Che.
Hi Dana, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My story really began in my own marriage. My husband, Shaun, and I have been married for 27 years, and like most couples, we’ve experienced both beautiful seasons and difficult ones. Walking through our own challenges gave me a deep compassion for couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward.
Over time, I realized that some of the hardest parts of my story were preparing me for the work I do today. I became passionate about helping individuals and couples heal, rebuild trust, and grow together despite conflict.
That passion grew into speaking, coaching, teaching, and hosting the Rebuilding Us podcast. As my work continued to grow, I found myself especially drawn to helping couples recover from infidelity and rebuild trust after betrayal. That led me to create resources and programs designed to give people practical steps for navigating what can feel like an overwhelming healing process.
My faith is at the center of everything I do. I believe in restoration, forgiveness, and redemption, and my goal is to help people see that broken places do not have to remain broken. Today, I’m grateful to use my own experiences and educational expertise to help others create healthier, stronger, and more connected relationships.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely has not been a smooth road. Some of my greatest struggles have been deeply personal, especially within my marriage. There were seasons that required me to learn what forgiveness, healing, rebuilding trust, and personal responsibility really look like—not just in theory, but in real life.
Building a business around something so personal has also stretched me. I’ve had to overcome fear, self-doubt, comparison, and the pressure to have everything figured out before stepping forward. I’ve learned that growth often happens while you’re still becoming.
Those difficult seasons ultimately shaped the work I do today, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

At the heart of my work, I help people rebuild what matters most—their relationships, their trust, and sometimes even themselves.
I talk about the stuff people usually whisper about—struggles, infidelity, resentment, loneliness, regret, and what happens when “for better or worse” starts feeling like a whole lot of worse.
I’m a speaker, author, podcast host, and relationship expert, and my work is centered on helping people move from conflict to connection. Whether I’m on a stage, behind the mic on Rebuilding Us, or leading a workshop, I bring truth, practical tools, faith, and enough humor to keep the hard conversations from feeling so heavy.
My style is candid, but never careless. I believe you can tell the truth without beating people over the head with it. We can laugh, get honest, have the hard conversation, and still leave room for grace. I believe people grow best when they feel challenged and safe at the same time.
What sets my brand apart is that I don’t do surface-level inspiration. I want people to leave with an “aha,” a next step, and maybe a nudge they didn’t know they needed—one truth they can’t un-hear.
At the heart of my brand is a simple message: broken doesn’t mean finished. Relationships can heal. People can change. And sometimes the thing that almost broke you becomes the very thing that rebuilds you.
What does success mean to you?
Success, for me, is less about how much I accomplish and more about how aligned I am with what I’m called to do.
Of course, I care about growth, impact, opportunities, and building something purposeful. But I don’t want success that looks good on the outside and costs me peace, my family, my faith, or myself.
I define success as being faithful to my calling and being able to use my voice boldly and authentically. To serve people honestly and know that what I’m doing is making a real difference. If someone leaves a conversation, a podcast, or one of my talks feeling more hopeful, more equipped, or brave enough to make a change, that counts big.
And if I can do all of that while still being present for the people I love and staying true to who I am, that’s success.
