I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I think the biggest struggle is not knowing what you don’t know. While also making sure you create the right relationships along the way. Not everyone is business is always ethical or professional. So partnering with the right people and also pouring into others when you can is so important to every business and really adds to the collective community and economy.

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
My biggest risk was starting a business during Covid while being the sole provider of my relationship at the time. I think a lot of people don’t fully grasp and understand the amount of risk that goes into starting a business, with most of the time, no security net. The amount of effort, commitment, and time that goes into building a business, much less, a successful one.
