Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Femi Obasun.

Hi Dr. Femi, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Through education and hard work! And believing In God and having faith. My last doctoral at Liberty University of two and PhD propel my business into new heights financially and giving us a mission driven organization at The Elms of Lynchburg an award winning 2026 best of Lynchburg and Virginia assist living and memory care, is an 25000 sq foot facility!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Of course after buying out other ownership last year, we had fire 35 employees of 46 working there, the old owners had bad reputation. We rehired 36 Cna,nurses, med tech, which is hard thing to do in this industry because of healthcare workers shortages. The good news we kept 10 employees of the old squad. This is very important because some of them been working there for 16 to 12 to 10 years, which was very important to our residence and patients. That’s been there for a long period of time.. The good news is that reputation have changed within a year. We have average of three application a day of people coming in trying to work from
