Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacey Sherman.
Hi Stacey, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’ve been an entrepreneur for most of my adult life. I opened my first salon when I was 23 years old, and from there I just kept building. I’ve owned multiple businesses, led teams, experienced a lot of success, and also lived through a lot of change.
For a long time, I knew how to achieve. I knew how to work hard, build something, set a goal and make it happen.
But somewhere along the way, I realized there was another level of success available to me…one that wasn’t about doing more or achieving more. It was about trusting myself.
That realization changed everything.
My own life has required me to reinvent myself more than once. I’ve walked through businesses changing, motherhood, relationships ending, divorce, starting over, and those moments when life asks you, “Okay, who are you now?”
What I discovered is that we don’t have to keep becoming someone new. So much of the work is actually about untethering from everything we learned we had to be and returning to the truth of who we already are.
That became the foundation of the work I do today.
Today, I’m a Neuro-Identity Evolution Coach. I work primarily with high-achieving women who have created success and know there’s another level available to them…not necessarily more achievement, but more alignment, freedom, self-trust, and a life that actually feels as good as it looks.
My work brings together identity, the nervous system, and the patterns and beliefs we’ve collected throughout our lives. We uncover what has been running in the background, untether from what no longer belongs, and create from the identity of the woman she knows herself to be now.
I’m also the author of *Soul on Fire: Igniting Unstoppable Self-Trust to Create the Life You Desire*, and I lead intimate coaching experiences and retreats centered around this work.
At 59, I feel like I’m living proof that we’re never finished evolving.
We get to keep choosing.
We get to keep expanding.
We get to change our minds.
We get to want more.
And we get to trust ourselves enough to follow what’s calling us.
That’s really the thread through my entire story.
Everything changes the moment you trust yourself.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Oh gosh, no. Not even close. But I also wouldn’t change it.
I’ve had a lot of chapters in my life. I’ve built businesses, raised a family, been married and divorced, started over more than once.
There have been some really hard seasons.
But when I look back, I think the biggest struggle wasn’t necessarily what was happening around me. It was learning to trust myself in the middle of it.
I’ve always been a doer. I know how to work hard. I know how to figure things out. I know how to make things happen. That part has always come pretty naturally to me.
Trusting myself was different.
Trusting what I wanted. Trusting what I knew. Trusting myself when something no longer felt aligned, even when it looked perfectly fine from the outside. Trusting myself enough to make a different choice.
That has been the work.
Even going through my most recent divorce, I found myself in another season of choosing me. And as painful as parts of that experience were, I can look at my life today with so much gratitude. I’m 59 years old, and I feel like I’m just getting started.
I don’t look at the things I’ve been through and think, “Why did that happen to me?” I can see how every chapter has brought me closer to myself.
And honestly, that’s why I’m so passionate about the work I do now.
Self-trust isn’t something I just teach. I’ve had to live it.
As you know, we’re big fans of Soul Studio LLC. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Soul Studio is really about one thing: helping women trust themselves.
I’m a Neuro-Identity Evolution Coach, and I primarily work with high-achieving women. These are women who are already successful, capable, driven, and really good at making things happen. But they’re ready for their success and their life to feel as good as it looks.
The work I do goes much deeper than mindset. We look at identity, nervous system regulation, and the beliefs and patterns that have been running in the background, many of them formed long before we even realized they were there.
Because you can know all the things. You can read the books, listen to the podcasts, set the goals, make the vision board, and still find yourself repeating the same patterns.
That’s where Neuro-Identity Evolution is different.
We’re not just asking, “What do you want?” We’re looking at who you believe you have to be to have it, what your nervous system has learned is safe, and what you’ve made things mean about who you are.
Then we begin to untether from what no longer belongs.
My signature coaching experience, Transform, is a 14-week deep dive into this work. I also offer longer-term private coaching and intimate in-person experiences, including my annual Intend retreat, where a small group of women come together for several days of coaching, connection, nervous system work, and creating a vision for what they want next.
I’m also the author of *Soul on Fire: Igniting Unstoppable Self-Trust to Create the Life You Desire.*
What I’m most proud of isn’t a program or even a specific accomplishment. It’s watching what happens when a woman starts trusting herself again.
She makes decisions differently. She leads differently. She shows up differently in her relationships and her business. She stops looking outside of herself for the answer and starts realizing, “I know.”
That’s what I want women to know about Soul Studio.
You don’t need someone to give you the answers to your life.
You need to trust yourself enough to hear your own.
So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters most to me is living a life that feels like mine.
For a lot of my life, I was really good at achieving. Building businesses, taking care of people, making things happen, moving on to the next goal. And I still love big goals. I love growth. I love creating.
But today, what matters most is how my life feels while I’m living it.
I want deep connection with the people I love. I want to be present with my family. I want work that lights me up. I want to laugh a lot, love deeply, have beautiful experiences, and actually enjoy what I’ve created.
And underneath all of that is self-trust.
I believe when you trust yourself, you give yourself permission to want what you want, to change, to choose again, and to create a life that is truly yours.
At 59, I’m probably more excited about my life than I’ve ever been. I still have big dreams and big goals, but I’m not waiting for the next accomplishment to enjoy my life.
I want to sit in the yum of it.
To notice what’s good. To let it in. To really experience the life I’m creating instead of rushing past it toward the next thing.
That matters to me because this is our life. Not someday. Not when we accomplish the next thing. Right now.
I want to live all of it.
