Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Building LushUs Hair has been a journey of deep reward and rigorous standards. My commitment to scalp care and hair health means that ‘good enough’ is never enough. During the development of our signature formulas, I faced seasons where a batch didn’t perfectly capture the potency of our Caribbean botanicals or the texture needed for delicate scalps.
