Hi Gee, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started this business in 2015 with just one vehicle and a big vision. Like many entrepreneurs, I faced challenges in the beginning, but I believed that if we consistently delivered outstanding service, customers would keep coming back. Over the years, that belief proved true. We expanded one vehicle at a time, built an incredible team, and earned the trust of thousands of clients. Today, we’re proud to operate one of the largest luxury transportation fleets in the DMV area. Looking back, it’s been an incredible journey, and I’m grateful for every lesson, every customer, and every milestone along the way.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely wasn’t a smooth road. Like many small businesses, we faced challenges with limited resources in the beginning. Building a reputation from scratch, earning customer trust, and competing with established transportation companies required a lot of persistence.
One of our biggest challenges was the COVID-19 pandemic, when travel and events came to an almost complete stop. It was an incredibly difficult period for the transportation industry. We focused on managing costs, taking care of our team, and preparing for the recovery instead of giving up.
As demand returned, we invested in our fleet, technology, and customer service. Every obstacle became an opportunity to improve our operations. Those experiences made us more resilient and helped us grow into one of the largest limo fleets serving the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia area.
We’ve been impressed with Crown Limo Service, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are a luxury ground transportation company serving Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. We specialize in airport transfers, corporate transportation, weddings, proms, private city tours, wine tours, and transportation for special events. Our fleet ranges from luxury sedans and SUVs to executive Sprinter vans, stretch limousines, minibuses, and motor coaches, allowing us to serve both individual travelers and large groups.
What sets us apart is our commitment to reliability, professionalism, and customer experience. We understand that transportation is about more than getting from one place to another—it’s about punctuality, safety, comfort, and peace of mind. Our chauffeurs are professionally trained, our vehicles are meticulously maintained, and our team is available around the clock to ensure every trip runs smoothly.
