Hi MichelleLynette, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
As the eldest daughter of a mother who was a Nurse and a father who helped his brothers in a family cleaning business, I was exposed to business at an early age. In college and post-graduate education, I pursued a Medical career as a Physician Assistant with Pathology specialization. After gaining 10 years of practical experience, I started my company to fill a void with local reference labs and hospitals with staffing shortages in 2006. This allowed me to have a better work life balance with my young daughter. As my company grew, we expanded on the East Coast and eventually into the Federal government space where we are today.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Struggles along the way included refocusing during the pandemic from elective surgeries to medical supplies and government contracting.
We’ve been impressed with PATHOLOGY ASSIST-TEMP, INC., but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

We specialize in supplying certified laboratory professionals to both the private and government sectors. We are most proud of our experienced laboratory providers and their ability to adapt to different laboratory computer systems and environments.
