Hi Sergio, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I was incarcerated for nearly 25 years. After coming home and not being able to find consistent employment, I founded Segue7 LLC; a digital marketing/ AI consulting business. From that I created the Segue Initiative, that focuses on helping returning citizens and justice impacted individuals reintegrate back into society. We provide Peer Recovery Services, Mentorship and Reentry Coaching.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road. I’ve been home for five years, and I’m still adjusting mentally. The prison experience scarred me. And I’m still working through that

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Most people don’t know that I am a student of Kemetic/ Egyptian history and cosmology. And that my business is founded upon its principles.
For example, my logo, the Shen ring represents eternity, protection, and continuous growth, a circle with no beginning and no end.
