Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Singletary.
Stephanie, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey with Executive Elevation LLC began in 2019 when I started working on the website of my spiritual mentor, LaOta Of The Sun. At the time, I was also working full-time supporting individuals with disabilities. When the COVID-19 pandemic began, I was laid off from my position and found myself reflecting on how I would sustain myself financially during such uncertain times.
As I considered my next steps, I realized that the work I had done on my mentor’s website had sparked a passion and talent for web design that I wanted to explore further. I began creating websites on the Wix platform for several clients, and before long, an unexpected opportunity presented itself. A manager from Wix reached out to me and invited me to become a Wix Partner. They recognized a level of expertise and potential in my work that I had not yet fully seen in myself.
Inspired by this opportunity, I founded Executive Elevation LLC and began designing websites through leads provided by Wix. Today, I am proud to remain a Legendary Wix Partner and have expanded my company beyond web design to include business formation services, business consulting, energetic business services, and graphic design.
Creativity and design have always been a natural part of who I am, and Executive Elevation LLC has allowed me to transform those passions into a thriving business. What began as a single project has opened doors I never imagined possible. Over the past six years, I have built meaningful, lasting relationships with my clients and gained invaluable experiences along the way. I am deeply grateful for the journey, the growth, and the opportunities that have come through my partnership with Wix and the continued evolution of Executive Elevation LLC.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
For the most part, my entrepreneurial journey has been a smooth and rewarding one. Along the way, I have experienced significant personal growth and gained a deeper understanding of myself in ways I never realized needed exploration. While I do not resonate with the idea of struggle, I did encounter an important obstacle: learning that not everyone will connect with or appreciate what I create.
Initially, I found it difficult not to take criticism or differing preferences personally. Over time, however, I came to understand that people are naturally drawn to what resonates with them, and that their preferences are not a reflection of my worth or abilities. I realized that my desire for universal approval was rooted in a need for control—something I had to consciously examine and release.
Through that process of self-awareness and growth, I developed a greater sense of acceptance, both for myself and for others. As a result, I am now able to connect with my clients on a deeper level, approaching each project with greater understanding, compassion, and respect for their unique vision and perspective.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
One of the most influential people in the growth and success of my business has been my business partner, Andrew Fullen, owner of Exact Agency in Nashville, Tennessee. I met Andrew through the Wix Partner network while working on a website for a client in Georgia. During the project, I encountered what seemed like a small issue—I was trying to display the number $20,000.00, but the system would not allow me to insert a comma. Although it may seem minor, both my client and I felt the number looked awkward and unprofessional.
I reached out to my Wix Success Manager for assistance, who then connected me with Andrew. Within a short time, Andrew was able to solve the issue by writing custom code that formatted the number correctly. What began as a simple technical solution evolved into a powerful and lasting partnership. Since that first interaction, we have collaborated on more than 100 websites together. Andrew brings an exceptional level of expertise, precision, and professionalism to every project we create, and his contributions have played a significant role in helping Executive Elevation LLC grow and thrive.
Another person who has had a profound impact on both my business and my life is my wonderful client, Kierra Davis, owner of Kay’s Transportation and Kay’s Learning Center in Baltimore, Maryland. When Kierra first contacted me about designing her website, she wasn’t quite ready to move forward. However, she assured me that she would return when the timing was right—and she did exactly that. Her integrity and commitment to her word immediately stood out to me.
From the very beginning, Kierra’s passion, determination, and entrepreneurial spirit inspired me in ways she may never fully realize. Her enthusiasm reignited my own drive and encouraged me to elevate my business to new heights. What began as a client relationship quickly developed into a strong friendship and meaningful bond that has continued to grow since 2023. Today, she is like family to me.
I had the privilege of designing the website for Kay’s Transportation and witnessing the incredible growth of her business. As her success expanded, she launched Kay’s Learning Center, and I was honored to design that website as well. Watching her vision come to life has been both inspiring and rewarding. Her recommendations, support, and belief in my work have contributed greatly to the continued success and growth of Executive Elevation LLC.
